Here are some of the general questions that previous clients have asked us, that we thought might be of help to you or any other new client;
Q/A: The files you send me, what can I use them for?
You can use the files towards anything really. A client's website, your own website, sell it as a template, use it with blog software such as WordPress, Mambo, Blogger, etc... By honoring our policy guidelines, our name shall not appear anywhere within any of the files we send back to you or ones you download.
Q/A: Do you offer a discount for extra pages?
We offer 50% for every extra pages after the first page ordered. The additional pages need to be similar to the first page. We do apologize but any major design changes or layouts with void the 50% discount.
Q/A: I have a hosting provider, can you help with uploading?
Yes, we can. We have been in business for over 5 years and we have experience in running and configuring different hosting provider accounts. We have knowledge in managing and configuring CPanel/WHM, Plesk and Direct Admin. With the right information, we can set everything up, upload your markup and of course make sure everything is working the way it should be. If you need a domain name registered, we have a deal for you as well. We are able to offer domain names for $9.95 USD per year. Q/A: What happens if you can't finish in 8 hours?
We will keep you updated with project status just in case there are any problems that may extend the delivery time. The delivery time is guaranteed only from the start when payment has been received. In any case, we do our best to keep our word and deliver your markup within 8 hours, sometimes it takes time because of the hand-code proceedure (usually very complex designs).
Q/A: Before I send my design file(s), anything I need to do ?
Photoshop (PSD), Fireworks (PNG), Illustrator (AI) files usually work best. Try using as many layers as possible to make the slicing process easier and to pull things apart easier keeping your graphics looking at original quality. Please convert your fonts into shapes/paths so that you don't have to send us the fonts you have used in your design. Don't forget to notify us the details of your link colors, text colors, sizes, etc. within the comments section of the "Get Started" form.
Q/A: What are your business hours?
We are ready and available every weekday, thats from Monday to Friday. From 10 AM till 6 PM. Weekends are optional, please refer below.
Q/A: What if I need something on the weekend or outside your hours?
Weekends or Weekdays, whats the difference. Our staff is always available to provide you with exellent service. Normally, we are not doing our stuff during the weekend but this can be arrange on per client basis. So don't hesitate to request it if you need it done that fast, but you must inform us so we can schedule someone for the weekend. It's that simple.
Q/A: Can you provide Javascript, AJAX, back-end applications and scripts?
Yes we can. There is a small $75 USD per hour charge for implementation or modification of any special requested Javascript, Ajax or back-end applications. Usually it takes about 1 hour to complete keeping this charge to minimum.
Q/A: Do you also design websites from scratch or re-design them?
Yes, we do. For custom designs you can visit our main company website at http://www.interdevil.com. We design and develop website for personal, small or medium sized businesses. We also specialize in custom designed Businss Cards, Flyers, Brochures, Logos and many other stationary products.
Q/A: My current website is tables based, can you convert it?
Of course we can. Simply provide us with the web link address or if you have all of the source files compressed simply send those to us and we will take care of the rest. If there are any extra images or fonts that have been used specifically with your design please forward them to us as well.
Q/A: Which browsers will you test my markup on?
All of our final markup coding go through major test. These test happen within Micrsofto Windows and Mac OSX 10.5 using the latest browsers. Your markup or final coding will be tested within Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera.
Q/A: Do provide or use any special hacks for IE6?
Sometimes, Yes. If there is a hack out there for Internet Explorer 6 or 7 that will make your website look good. We will use it. Nothing wrong with hacks but sometimes you just can't deal without it. Having the internet and experience, many Internet Explorer Hacks are at our hands to use within your design making your site look good in all browsers, even Internet Explorer.
Q/A: Is your company name placed anywhere within my markup?
We keep your privacy, our name might show up at the top portion of your css file only which is up to the clients discretion to remove it. Usually we try not to place anything that might relate to our company.
Q/A: What currency do you charge in?
Our charges are in US Dollars without taxes. Our Canadian based clients will notice a 6% (percent) GST added to their invoice for our services.
Q/A: What is the method of payment?
We accept all major type of Credit Cards such as Vista, Master Card, American Express and Paypal. All of payments are processed securly through Paypal.
Q/A: Do you offer any other sort of Discounts?
At this moment, other discounts are being looked into. We do however offer new and excisting clients a 20% off their first page for every referral they send in. So come on, you know how "word of mounth" works. Use it and save big!
