Clients Non-disclorue Agreement
We respect your business and more importantly your artwork, the artwork that we receive from you to be converted into xhtml will not be used for any other purpose but such. We will not copy or resell your artwork, use it on any other websites, or provide it to anyone. Your artwork is yours, simple. We only are here to help you achieve your success and do our job converting it. Any copyrights you establish will remain yours and be respected.
In case of your order referring to a client of yours, XHTMLiT respects your business and we shall not be contacting or sending any information to your clients. Any work or files worked on by XHTMLiT will not contain any information or marking of XHTMLiT. In other words your clients will never know about us.
At XHTMLiT, we will not disclose any personal information, artwork, design, and content. We guarantee any information sent to us will be confidential between you (Client) and XHTMLiT.

We use a secure server so that when you submit your order and artwork, it will be sent to a secure server where no one else has access to, other than XHTMLiT employees. Our Servers are located in a state of the art datacenter and are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by experienced staff. We do our best to secure and protect your uploaded data.

Information sent to us within your order is only kept to complete your order (project) and/or ability to communicate with you regarding your order and project. We never disclose your private information or share it with any 3rd party companies.
We use contact information such as e-mail, phone number only to communicate with you regarding your design, order and/or project status. Your e-mail address and phone number is strictly used as communication between you (client) and XHTMLiT. This information is never used for any other purpose.
Our website statistic software collects only browser and computer information (ip address, location, country) only for the purposes of marketing, any identifying information collected by our program will not be disclosed at any point. It strictly used for statistical information within our software.
Updating your contact information
To protect your privacy we take every measure to verify your identity before we take actions regarding any request sent to us for updating your information.
After verifying your identity, we will accept any request to cancel your account with us, update your contact information (phone, e-mail). To be able to verify your identity, we do not allow personal name or company name changes. Contact us at any time with your updates.
