XHTMLiT respects your professional artwork and will only use it to assist you with your goals. Your copyrights will remain yours. XHTMLiT will not take your artwork for use on any other site, resell it, reuse it, or give it to anyone under any circumstance.
XHTMLiT guarantees that all information shared with us, including all artwork, all contact information, and any client notes within e-mails, chat and/or support tickets will remain confidential.
XHTMLiT is translucent service and will never contact your clients or the clients of your clients. We respect your business, your business is very important to us.
If you have a specific your company non-disclosure agreement, please let us know by forwarding your agreement to us at info@xhtmlit.com for signature and approval.

All of our hosting we provide to our valued clients is powered by LiteSpeed. Providing our clients with hosting space on a LiteSpeed Web server is providing them with leading high-performance and high-scalability hosting service. No more down-time, server crashes, website and/or data loss and we don’t over pack our servers with clients, this way your server resources run at top-notch level.
All of XHTMLiT’s and Kenton Web Design company servers are housed in private data center space in the newly renovated 427 LaSalle data center facility located adjacent to the Chicago Board of Trade in downtown Chicago. The building is one of Chicago’s preeminent carrier hotels with excellent options for metro and global connectivity.
The XHTMLiT and Kenton Web Design company network was built from the ground up to provide maximum reliability to our clients while also delivering the lowest latency and highest throughput possible. Our broadband providers consist of; Level(3), Sprint, Savvis, NTT Communications, and Cogent Communications.
