The files you send me, what can I use them for?
You can use the files we return to you towards anything you desire. A client’s website, your very own website, a blog, or even sell them online as a template. With detailed options such as SEO, clearly commented both XHTML and CSS you can easily integrate them yourself into Wordpress, Mambo, Blogger, Joomla or other. We can also help you with available options to integrate the markup into these Content Management Systems. Honoring our Privacy Policy, none of the files you receive from us will contain our company information.
Do you offer a discount for extra pages?
We offer 50% discount for every extra/additional page after the first page ordered. The discount is only valid towards extra/additional pages that are the same layout and/or design as the very first page. Any extra/additional page that is different in layout and/or design will void our generous 50% discount offer.
I have a hosting provider, can you help with uploading?
Yes, we sure can. Since designing, developing and hosting website to our clients under the InterDevil brand since 2003, we have excellent experience in managing and uploading to any type of servers with any OSes. With the right information we can set everything up for you, including uploading your website, connecting links to proper pages then making sure everything works in the end. What happens if you can’t finish in 8 hours?
We do our best to keep our advertised delivery within 8 business hours or less. We will stay in complete communication with you through the converting process of your design into markup. We guarantee to be completed within 8 business hours per page from the time the payment is made within our business operating hours. Any complex alignment designs may require extra time, you will be informed of this during our review.
Before I send my design file(s), anything I need to do ?
Best it is to send your design to us in either Adobe Photoshop (PSD), Adobe Fireworks (PNG), or Adobe Illustrator (AI). Try to define as many layers as possible to make our job quicker and easier, this way we can deliver your markup quicker. Please make sure that you convert any shapes and/or non-generic fonts.
What are your business hours?
Our team of developers and designers (if needed) is available every weekday, that’s from Monday to Friday, from 10 AM till 6 PM. We work weekends as well, if you have anything that has emergency time-line let us know within your order or ahead of time.
What if I need something on the weekend or outside your hours?
Weekends or Weekdays, doesn’t matter to us. We can schedule a developer to work on your design and deliver your markup within 8 business hours if there is a tight deadline. Our team always has access to the order system and technical tickets to serve you at any time. Don’t hesitate to ask or request to have a design converted into markup outside our business hours.
Can you provide Javascript, AJAX, back-end applications and scripts?
Yes we do. This is an additional options within our order form and affordable for a small fee. Any extra work that wouldn’t generally classify for modification but developing a special application and/or modification will be subject to a $75 USD per hour charge. Most work is done under an hour, very few times did our team have to charge for more then 2 hours of hands on development service.
Do you also design websites from scratch or re-design them?
Yes, we do. Under our InterDevil brand we have very creative, high skilled and experienced designers and developers. We offer services in the following category; Custom Website Design, Print/Stationary Design, Email Design and Marketing and Hosting services. My current website is tables based, can you convert it?
We sure can. If you have a table based website we will take care of it and return it in a valid W3C Standard table-less markup. Just contact us and provide us of the actual URL and any FTP information or images we may require. If you would rather compress your websites directory, you can submit such a file to us as well. We will take care of the rest.
Which browsers will you test my markup on?
The final markup that we deliver to you is guaranteed to function within all browsers listed within our two packages or selected by you. Using state of the art technology, we are able to test the final markup files on Mac and Windows in all major browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, Apple Safari 2.0, Apple Safari 3.0, Apple Safari 4.0, Opera 9, Opera 10, Firefox 2.0 and Firefox 3.0. We can also adapt, install and test your final markup on any other browsers that you may need to have your website display on.
Do you provide or use any special hacks for Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, Internet Explorer 8?
We understand that sometimes a markup needs either a hack or trick to get any version of Microsoft Internet Explorer to understand and corporate. We have a range of tricks and hacks under our belt to make sure that your website looks identical not only to your design you sent us but also identical in any version of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Is your company name placed anywhere within my markup?
We have a strict privacy policy and we follow our privacy policy with every project. We guarantee that there will be no evidence or information of XHTMLiT or InterDevil doing the work for you. In other words you are our one and only client, what you do with these files is up to you, and it’s our guarantee that you will find that the XHTML or CSS file contains no relevant information to XHTMLiT or InterDevil company.
What currency do you charge in?
We do our best to please our clients. Our charges are all as default in USD dollars. There is no tax for clients residing outside of Canada. If you would rather pay our fees in another currency please let us know, this way we can send you an invoice in your country currency.
What is the method of payment?
We accept all major types of Credit Cards such as Visa, American Express, Mastercard and we also process Paypal payments. We can also process your credit card manually, just contact us at info@xhtmlit.com.
Do you offer any other sort of Discounts?
We offer our existing clients with 5% discount on top of any other extra/additional page discount, must be a returned customer and within our system to validate for this type of discount. Clients who use our service for 5 (five) or more projects within given month will be able to use our 10% discount the entire order processed after 5 projects within that month.
Do you do JavaScript/AJAX/PHP?
Yes, We have been experts for few years now and have seen many different programming codes develop and gain ability to be implemented into websites. We offer all major brands of Javascript Frameworks through our order form, as well can implement any php or ajax components at an additional small fee.
What is the best way to send you design notes?
Many ways you can inform us of your special instructions or notes regarding your design. From many of those two are recommended by us and popular by our past clients, these would be sending your instructions/notes to us by E-mail or within our order form in the “Notes and Instructions” part. We’ll take it from there.
Can you create a theme for the existing markup?
Yes we can, as long as you can provide us with all coded XHTML files and CSS files. We can then take this code and implement into any CMS theme we offer. Additional charges may apply.
When should I use sIFR?
SiFR is a fantastic way to keep your non-standard fonts within your markup from your design, however it is recommended to only use SiFR within headings, notes, etc. It is not recommended for larger areas such as paragraphs or others. If you have farther questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
We want you to sign our NDA. Can you?
We already have a set NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) available to every client in need and follow it strictly. If your company has a more defined agreement, we are glad to have that signed by our Project Manager and delivered to you in just few minutes before we begin processing and developing your markup.
What if I want some changes to the completed markup?
Our company is known by many previous clients by the support we provide, our unlimited support to you. If you have small changes that you require to have changed we will be glad to get them done for you at no additional charge. Any major or large areas in the layout or final markup, we can as well complete them for you at an additional charge.
