Improved Client Area

As mentioned in my previous post, there are many new changes and updates coming along very well I must say. As mentioned the InterDevil website is having a total re-done look and feel. As well many new marketing materials are being done as well. New information and projects regarding our great work and quality of work in design that we do here at InterDevil as well.

NEW/IMPROVED BILLING and CLIENT AREA

Important news first and one part that has been completed sooner then later is our NEW billing, support, and client area in general. Few screenshots in the below examples as well. We have listened to many of you, our clients from both companies, InterDevil and XHTMLiT regarding improvements, stability and simplicity of the entire progress of billing, support and profiles kept. I believe we have achieved that with this new software up and running. Stability and simplicity as been improved as well. Much quicker as well.

It’s much easier then ever for you, our clients, to keep an updated profile and also to add-on any extra contacts within your company that you would like to allow for our staff to contact when it comes to communication on projects. This goes for both companies.

As both of these companies (I personally know there was some confusion in the past regarding is InterDevil part of XHTMLiT) have always been one company, just two different departments. Now dealth with within one area. What does that mean? As some of you might of encountered in the past, and now no more. Any projects, could be a digital design project with InterDevil or a Design to XHTML project with XHTMLiT, they will all be dealth with within one area. Meaning our staff is able to respond to your support tickets, questions, comments, concerns much quicker. No two places alike but one. Also, you will be able to view these tickets within one area, get billed for either project as well from within one area. Simlicity is not only our goal when it comes designing your website but providing our clients with a simple process, from ordering, creation, delivery to billing.

To those whom have not been up to date with everything, I thought I’d also mentioned the new URL for the billing/support system since it was different before, you can access our NEW Client area at http://client.interdevil.com, please bookmark it or just ask us, no need to worry we are glad to help.
