Since the release of our service under InterDevil brand in 2003, and in 2006 under the XHTMLiT brand, we admit our small team of designers and developers hasn’t been up for the overflow of request and work. Today, I would like to give an update to a private upgrade and improvements we have been making to our support and loyalty to every new client and continue the loyalty to our returning clients. Not only do returning clients receive 5% discount on every order they place and even higher discounts of up to 40% on each and every project (interested in 40% contact us to find out how), today I am pleased to announce a change and improvement to our Support Chat system. For couple years now we have been using Zopim as our back-end system for supporting our clients. Don’t get me wrong, the system has quite a bit of advantages for anyone who needs live support on their website and I do suggest visiting the Zopim website and exceptional team working within the company for their great prices and services. However, time only showed us how much we needed in features and since we wanted to make every chat and every support more personalized and personal to make our clients feel at home and build the trust that is so important to us. We have (starting today) switched to a  new much improved system.

With the new support system, we have the ability to not only provide you (the client) with support, but be available to you at all times since this system detects our staff members system status automatically. What does that mean? it means that every moment a staff member is available or on their designated development system, you (the client) will be able to speak with him regarding everything related to a new PSD to HTML order or referring to your current “in progress” design to markup service.

Now to make it a little personal, we have used avatars which I must say are quite the work of art themselves. We’re working on taking all of our staffs pictures to post them in. For now, you will see not only our full names to know exactly whom you are speaking with regarding your project, but personalize yourself with how such staff looks. For those interested.
